QDVC is building the first railway transportation system in Qatar in the new city of Lusail, North Doha, which will accommodate 250,000 people and around 400,000 visitors per day. This is a true challenge to build a light metro in a town not yet existing, a challenge of anticipation of the future needs of the city. QDVC is also building the Car Parks in Marina Distric of Lusail.

As Doha is being developed with an overwhelming pace, the State has to organize the water treatment needs, especially North of Doha. Thus, the aim of our project is to pump, lift and forward the sewage from an input level of -19,70 QNHD level to +21,00 QNHD to the treatment station.

Lusail Car Parks

QDVC is building 4 parking in the Marina District of the new city of Lusail, North Doha, which will accommodate 250,000 people and around 400,000 visitors per day. The Car Parks is the first infrastructure completed in this new town, where QDVC is also building the Light Railway Transit System, a light metro.
