TRANSFER PACKAGES CP01 C1, C2, C3
QDVC has been awarded the CP01 Transfer Packages Project in Lusail City, covering three areas: C1, C2, and C3. The works include road construction and related services.
- C1: About 1.6 km of road, plus the design and build of four 11kV substations and runs along the Marina, including the A12 road, intersections, and connecting roads to nearby plots.
- C2: About 450 meters of road, located at the northern end of the Marina District, consisting of a single intersection.
- C3: About 550 meters of road, situated in the southern Foxhill District.

The NOH Contract 2 project is the latest contract awarded by Ashghal to our Joint-venture with Bin Omran, a local contracting company specialized in earth and road works.
The Lusail Light Railway Transportation System has been commissioned by the Qatar Railway Company to provide an efficient and pleasurable transportation system for the people living in, and commuting to, Lusail City.
The Journey of Doha Metro project, Red Line South Underground was initiated in June 2013, writing a new chapter in Qatar history. QDVC is the leader of a joint-venture comprising the local Al Darwish Engineering and the Korean GS Engineering & Contracting.
QDVC has been awarded the Transfer packages CP01 (C1, C2 and C3) Project in Lusail City which comprises of roadwork’s and associated services for three separate work areas identified as C1, C2 and C3. The length of road of the C1 area is of approximately 1.6 km, C2 of 450 lm and C3 of 550 lm.
The Sheraton Park Project (SPP) is the Design & Build of a large Public Garden in front of the Sheraton Hotel. This Park is meant to be a landmark in the heart of West Bay, the new business district of Doha, and will be used to host special events such as concerts and festivals.
QDVC has built 4 car parks in the Marina District of the new city of Lusail, North Doha, which will accommodate 250,000 people and around 400,000 visitors per day. The Car Parks is the first infrastructure completed in this new city.
QDVC designed and built a luxury resort Dahlak Island Resort a first project abroad.
Biggest sewage pumping facilities in the Middle East with current capacities of 680 000 m3 per day, the PS70 and PM Project was awarded in 2009 by Ashghal to a Joint Venture comprising in addition to QDVC, Vinci Construction Grands Projets, and Entrepose projects, both subsidiaries of VINCI Group.
